As an HR Specialist, you will be at the forefront of nurturing the company’s most valuable asset: its people. Your key responsibilities will involve managing the recruitment process, coordinating employee relations, implementing training and development initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will be pivotal in creating a supportive, engaging, and productive environment for our diverse team members.
Your future tasks:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Implementing HR policies and procedures that enhance our company culture
- Addressing employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment
- Organizing employee training and development programs
- Facilitating communication and feedback channels across the company

Your profile:
- Committed HR professional with a passion for people and culture
- Degree in Communication, HR management, Business Admin, Psychology, Sociology or related experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong affinity for creating a positive work environment and fostering team growth
- Solid experience in recruitment and HR management
- Always ready to go the extra mile to ensure employee satisfaction
- Independent, responsible, and results-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
